Private and Public Databases
On bit.io databases are private by default - this means nobody but you and those you've explicitly given permission to can see your data.

The "Public" schema is not public unless your database is public!
If I attempt to visit this private database while logged out, I received a 404 Page not found message.
Anyone can see public databases. Here's an example of a public database: https://beta.bit.io/bitdotio/neiss. You can follow the link and query the public data.
Anyone can access public Databases on bit.io.
Your private data is always private on bit.io.
