Connecting via Metabase
Metabase is an open source business intelligence tool that lets you create charts and dashboards using data from a variety of databases and data sources. You don't need to know SQL to create visualizations, but Metabase supports SQL for advanced customization.
Connecting to bit.io with Metabase
In order to connect Metabase to bit.io, you'll need to find your PostgreSQL connection credentials from the bit.io Connect Tab of the database to which you would like to connect. You can find everything you need to know about your PostgreSQL credentials here
Important note about setting metabase database names
Please note you will have to replace the

/is not valid in JDBC based Postgres clients.
You will also have to enable SSL for queries to function correctly. See the screenshot above.
